FLASHING BACK
Long time fans might find today's Origins a little familiar. Essentially, what we have here is this little scene done up TL Collins style and given some context. There are some subtle inconsistencies (like Dr. Rocket's hair), but nothing too imporant. Really like what TL did with the top panel in particular--he showed me up big time.
SF 200 AFTERMATH
Well, that was fun! According to you guys, the majority of you are geniuses. Seems like almost everyone figured that Dr. Rocket would be making a return to these "pages" and sure enough he did!
Big thanks to everyone who sent their congrats for the Big 200th Strip. When you guys have something to say, you really come out in force and it was a good reminder for me that if "x" amount of people are taking the time to leave a comment, then there's a whole bunch more out there reading silently.
(And just to clear up one thing...I PROMISE you that the 'X' disappearing from Dr. Rocket's head on the SuperFogeys marquee was NOT intentional. While a lot of you want to conclude from that I was dropping some subtle clue about Dr. Rocket not really being dead, that simply was not the case. I was not purposefully being deceitful. The 'X' WAS something lost when the Th3rd World site got its recent makeover and despite my repeated pleading that this be corrected, it was simply not meant to be. It's just not in my nature to out and out lie like that. I know some of you refuse to believe this, but that's the honest-to-goodness truth [and the least you could do--and you know who you are--is back me up on this, man!].)
This Week:
Thursday sees SF 201 drop and the answers to just how Dr. Rocket's return is possible begin to unfold. You definitely don't want to miss that. Fidel speaks!

Before Brock breaks down in tears, I will vouch for him. When I making the edits the PSD didn't have the red X, because it was done over the compressed JPG. As a result when the design revamp was put in place POOF went the red X. Brock whine... err mentioned to me once twice or 500 times to add it back in, but I as busy making sure we didn't have an SPU leak. And really what is more important than that?Crashl33t says...

Man, nobody wants to miss that ;)Also, only crazies would still believe you removed the X on purpose still ^^ You and your web scripter came out saying it often enough for all to believe.
Anyhow, loving this comic as always, all the time. I love Bullfinch too (Heh, hope Lance loses a bit of that horn, at least to make it dull so he stop stabbing dance partners :P ) And TL style + your storyline is as great as you'd expect.
I hope we'll see some of yours on Bullfinch too :)
Have a good one mate, you're doing al'right!

Mike J. - Thank you, sir!Michael D. - Bout time you fessed up. Loser.
Crash - Do you know this from personal experience?
Dorth - Glad SOMEone finally believes me. You are right to give TL love for SFO. He makes it look way better than it has any right to.
Artisan54 - From the beginning? You're awesome. TL, what say you about the curl?
Greg Bulmash - I know what you mean...I think.
Dierna - The rabbits are a TL touch. Not something that was in the original script. He's the man.
Tyler D. - It's true. I've been in your mind. I got scared and ran. Your wife is...lucky. She's so, so lucky, man.
Bullfinch - I think I'd like to see it squiggle a bit more, yeah. It hasn't been that big a deal to me or I would have said something before now. But the squiggle is nice.
Cyberdog - Yeah, TL's women ain't to shabby. Can't deny that.
Sio - It's no use. It's going to happen and there's nothing anyone can do to stop it. Poor, poor bunnies...
DoctorParadox - You're right, a "love rectangle." One day, I gotta sort that all out. We need a clear winner.

i was so happy when it went away.

I would think Rocket would be the only man in the room who could call dibs; he's the only one not wearing his boxers outside the pants. I love his face in the last panel. And I would assume he knows plenty about "annoying super-resurrections," given that the little toy he put on Tangerine was designed to compensate.
Wait - does the stuttering figure into this somehow?

Crash - I knew it!Si Civa - You think they just want her for her body? No! That's so shallow!
Tyler D. - Glad to know there some things in this world that you can still rely on.
Miss Annoying - XD = Extra Delicious?
Tad - No...and they're not flesh colored now. It's kind of hard to see, but his eyes are blue with a white ring around them. Look closely and you'll see it.
Kavonn - You remembered the stuttering! Thought everyone had forgotten that detail. The stuttering does figure into it all. Explanations are coming...
Gillbean1 - Agreed. I really like the look that TL gave the young Dr. Rocket. I don't even care that it's not consistent with the flashback I drew way back in Chapter 1.

This is my humble opinion, but i think the squiggle is a little too close to another caped superhero that rhymes with "shmooperman". Either way, this stuff is awesome! Dr. R. has some real issues with bunny's eh?dave C says...
